General Return or Replacement Terms
Returns of products are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt, with returns sent to the address Koronarou 2, Athens, or Perikleous 11, Athens 10563. Returns are made via courier, and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Alternatively, you have the option to bring the product to one of our 2 physical stores. Our stores offer you the option to exchange the purchased product or to receive a refund. It is essential that the products are in the condition in which you received them, not worn, soiled, scratched, or otherwise altered.
All returned products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt, the quality guarantee, and the exchange card that accompanies it, which shows the item code, purchase date, and store stamp.
Jewelry offered to you as a gift can be exchanged for other jewelry but cannot be refunded.
Products on sale:
Products that were on sale can only be exchanged for other sale items.
Seasonal products:
Seasonal products such as Christmas and Easter items can only be exchanged for products in the same category. New Year's good luck charms cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transit.
Please note that the company AFOI MAKRIADI EE is not liable in case of loss or damage to the item during return transportation.
Exchanges
Exchanges via the internet:
If you want to exchange a product for another, send the product you want to exchange via ACS Courier at your expense. Then, within the next few days, you must place a new order on the eshop, mentioning in the comments that it is for an exchange with the code of your previous order or inform us by phone about the jewelry you desire. Once we receive the package and complete the necessary checks, we will send you the new one, with you paying the difference if applicable.
Exchanges in our physical stores:
If you want to exchange a product in one of our physical stores, as long as 15 days have not passed since the purchase, you can come and go through the process at that moment.
Order Cancellation - Money-Back Guarantee
In case of a refund, you will receive the full amount of the product value. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the consumer. Once we receive your return and check the product, the refund procedures will begin. The method of refund depends on the payment method you chose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling the charge on your credit card or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days into the bank account you will indicate to us if you paid by cash on delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Jewelry that you requested us to manufacture with any variation. For example, if you saw a necklace with an amethyst and asked us to manufacture exactly the same for you with a topaz.
- Jewelry with pearls.
- Jewelry in which you have asked us to engrave.
- Special constructions and modifications.
- Wedding rings.
Returns received outside our policy terms will not be accepted.
